Two ambassadors were patrolling the Parish Highlands trail system on July 17th, 2021. They were on duty from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In total, they traveled 75 miles. The only issue they observed was a few machines that had children under the age of 18 without DOT approved helmets.

7/17/2021 - 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Narrative: "We left Spooner Wi. and rode to Minong Wi, We encountered twenty machines. We came upon a father and son wearing helmets and googles. We gave them coupons. They also told us earlier two ATVS passed them at high speeds. We talked to a Washburn County Park and Recreation Deputy for the second time ...

On July 15th, 2021 two trail ambassadors patrolled approximately 37 miles of the Wild River / Harman Lake area. They were on duty from 1:00 p.m. until 3:15 p.m. During their patrol, they only encountered four other riders, all of which had no issues.
